There is a significant difference between how the operation of a legal prostitution company runs, and the illegal underground counterpart that most people associate with it. In Nevada, on the several legal prostitution ranches, they are paid extremely well, appear to be, for the most part, quite happy, and are given full benefits to ensure that they are disease free and as healthy as possible.
