How'd you check it? Are you sure it is Magic or Spell?

None of these would work because it's a channeling spell, and if I use those, I have to order the unit to use it, and then it won't channel anymore.

Yus there is, you can cast on friendly and self.

Just add elune's grace in a disabled spell book when the hero starts casting and remove it when it stops.

i'm pretty sure that you modidy it to your needs...

I suggest Anti-magic Shell (unit-target), but units would be unable to cast any spells on the affected unit, so I'm not sure if this is what you want.
