I'd like to make an ability that when one player casts it makes the opposing team unable to see anything on their mini map and restrict the use of certain abilities for them as well. Is this possible?

K it is my understanding that you can have more than 13 tiles in a tileset while in newgen(plz correct me if I'm wrong) well I added more tiles in I have like 17 but they wont show up on the terrain window just the 13 I started with. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
For the life of me I cant get the allies tab to show up in game. It just grayed out and I cant click on it. I've fiddled with everything in the player properties and what not still nothing. Totally a nub question/thing but how do I change this so I can see allies? :P
Is there anyway you can make spells that have charges? Similar to an item.
What I'm looking to do is when you pick up an item say "Fire" it adds a charge to the spell "Fireblast" but doesn't add an item into you're inventory is this possible?
