I haven't tried it, but afaik the position of the portrait changes when you change your resolution, thus it will only work with one resolution (and will block the unit information on all others) as you cannot get the screen resolution of a player through triggers.

1. It's spelled "Dual", not "Duel"
2. Your trigger leaks immensely, but I doubt you care
3. Using "Target Unit of Ability Being Cast" can bug after a wait, try saving it into a (local) variable at the beginning of the spell and using that instead.
Odds are that there is some infinite loop attached to the spell. Does your spell create a dummy unit that casts a spell, and could that spell casted by the dummy unit trigger the same trigger or another trigger again?
