Linking to Unit Stats in the Data Editor

I'd like to know how you can link to units stats in data editor tooltips. For example, linking to a units maximum life in a button's tooltip (e.g. "Zealots have <Unit,Zealot,Life> Life or however it's done).

You can change the values with triggers I think the action is called Change Catalog Value.
If the zealot max health changes at any point of the game you can use this action to change the tooltip as you whould
change it from the data editor for a player (other players may still no upgraded the zealot's HP so their
tooltips will remain unchanged).

As for answering your questing directly...
I have no idea how to make the tooltip as in War3 World Editor and use field references.
