Create an ability based on Soul Burn. Look all the values there and change it's buff to a buff w/ blood effects.
The unit takes dmg even if it's not movin'.
>Gold, a unit is killed by a hero, that hero gains gold
Create an action in the Trigger Editor.. Find the Player - Turn Player Flag On/Off (the actual action) or something close to that. Then make it like this:
Turn Gives BountyOn for Player 1 (Red).
This turns on the bounty for Player 1. If a unit owned by P1 is killed, the killer gets the gold. If you want all players to have bounty, then use the 'Pick every Player in Player Group' action and do the same action above, only change Player 1 to Picked Player.
