Ability Problemes

Hello I got some problems I hope you can solve them, i will credit in my map as a sign of gratitude.

Problem 1

I need this action to set the life of an targeted unit to an amount of x 5 int the casters total int including bonuses, i forgot how to do it.

Unit - Set life of (Target unit of ability being cast) to 100.00%

Problem 2

Then I need an action that damages the unit for an total of x 5 agility of the attacking unit. I have no idea how to do this. (if you got an other way to do this then i want, please mention if possible)
Is this possible too with using the total dmg the target does with normal attacks?

Problem 3

Is there a way to make a debuff of -5 armor like fairie fire (that can stack, if not i still would like to know it) true triggers? I would use fairie fire but i need to change some things so it looks like i am sundering or do I need Jass.

Problem 4 (optinal)

Is it better to use jass for this? If so would some1 mind putting the most essensial commands?
like
Player casts abiltiy
equal to sinister strike
Deals 20 dmg to attacked unit

Unless ofc u can do it in gui without problemes.
I could do convert to custom text but not sure if its that good as i heard it contains a lot of BJs etc.

This trigger will work if you want it to damage when using a special spell, if you want it to damage with each attack you would need a damage detection system. You cannot use the "unit is attacked" event for this trigger.
Well you could also change the gameplay constants to increase the damage of a unit for each primary attribute by 5 and make intelligence to the primary attribute of the unit.
or you could set the level of an upgrade (which increases damage by 1) for each intelligence point of your hero, this wont work for int bonus items nor if you can somehow decrease the intelligence of a hero.

3)
its not able to reduce the armor of a creep with triggers, neither with GUI nor with Jass.
however you could use upgrades but that will be permanent, you cannot decrease the level of upgrades.
you could also add different "armor bonus" (item ability) abilitys to that unit with negative values but this will be much work as well.

3.I think that it is in the gameplay constants to make that stackable, not sure tho. But if it can be possible then it is in there:thup:

Btw is there an other abilty apart from fairie fire that reduces armor?

as far as i know you cannot make any ability effect (exept the orb effects) stuck because they give the same buff. however i've got an idea which might work.
if you give your hero the item ability of the "orb of decay" (that ability reduces armor when hitting enemys) and set about 100 levels and increase the level of that ability with each hit on the same unit it might work although it would be hard to trigger.

Edit: Acid Bomb does reduce armor as well / negative inner fire / negative devotion aura
