Adding something+Texture to unit

Here's what I'm trying to do. I want to take a Marine and add Shaman claws to it. (Done) But what I don't know how to do is take the skin from the claws and out them where they need to be on the Marine. They come out looking like this. I know I have to add the texture to the skin of the Marine somewhere, I just don't know where.

What your saying makes no sense, just tell us, whats the problem, whats wrong with it? It looks completely fine.

Edit: sorry, it just took like 3 times of reading over to understand, what format is it? it has to be tga or blp (<--I think) and if its a model it has to be in like blp or bmp. What are you really having problems with though, "I know I have to add the texture to the skin of the Marine somewhere, I just don't know where." WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THIS???

The claws got the wrong texture. He wants to create the right UV map for the model. I've got no idea of how to do that though. But check out the UV map tools in your modeling program.

The skin is in BLP format, but if you look at the claws, they look wrong. I want them to look metalic, instead they look like want-to-be camouflage...

What I meant was, If you look at the skin for the Shaman, in the top right corner you can see the part that wraps around the claws to give it that metal look. I need to find where I put that on the Marine to give the same claws the same metal look. I tried putting it in the same place, but to no avail.
