Adding text to transmission?

I know that it is possible to make text add onto a unit transmission (and anyone who's seen the famous Cult of the Damned cinematics). But what I want to know is how to do that. I've looked through the CotD unprotected maps and I can't find anything in the triggers or gameplay constants that would affect that. What I mean by adding text to a unit transmission is that instead of deleting the previous transmission and then going to the next one, you just add the text to the transmission that's already there.

I think they rewrite the message; just adding the new text on the second transmission. (P.S:I sometimes couldn't catch up to that text and...don't like it?)

I checked the triggering. They don't re-write the text; they just add on to it.
