Any way of skipping 'skip level requirement' or set it to 0?

Works for me.
Hold shift, double click or hit enter of the "Skip level requirement" part.
Put in -1 manually. It should work.

Have you done it? An where did you set it?? In gameplay constants or in the ability.

E: tried again, skip-level requirement is one of the few which you can't set negative values.

You're NOT holding shift.
We BOTH have put it to -1, you're doing something wrong and we can't explain it any simpler without actually recording us doing it in real life.

I think is was said 10 times
Hold shift then double click field
but luckily its done and you managed finaly
