Arc Movement

Hi! i'm new on this forum and i wanted to know how to do an arc movement whit trigger.

For exemple , a dummy unit slide to make an arc.

Oh you mean kinda like a jump spell.
You can search for jump or leap.
Basically you add crow form to the unit and then you remove it.
This allows you to change its movement height.
You also move it across horizontally and up and down at the same time and it will look like a arc.

This is a third dimensional game. A jump is an arc at horizontal view. ;-)

So you're saying you want to shoot projectiles from the caster and make them move in an arc?

You will have to get a math formula to work that out.
Search wild axes or something like that. These a spell in DOTA where a hero throw two axes and the move in a curve. Hope your good at maths because I had a look at the equation and it's not the easiest to understand.

well dota isn't made whit GUI so...and i only work whit GUI

Well you can't always get what you want. There are somethings that are GUI in DOTA. If you want to make it GUI I think it will be hard. Search for it!!!

You would have to figure out the angle. Use a Sin or Cos graph to get a curve or something.

eh... i watched very fast the tutorial and most thing i saw is Jass so... yeah ill read it and try to find something
