argg what am i doing wrong?

I attached the test map for an item im workin on for my campaign. the player starts out as a simple blood elf peasant with no weapon or armor, and then he gets armor and a weapon, (blood elf lieutenant), but later in the campaign he can get a new sword, Bloodmourne (Frostmourne.. lol...).

im having trouble with the model showing right.. if someone could just take a look at my map they will see what i mean. pick up the armor before the weapon.

the unit model was like half dissappeared. i just used a different model though
