Base spell

I'm making a custom archer hero. and i want one of her spells to be like, an Aimed Shot or something.

does anyone know a base spell that targets a single unit and damages only that unit?

You can use Chain Lightning without any jumps and no lightning effect. Use a casting time for the "aim" part.

The Mountain King's Storm Bolt would also work.

The problem with Storm Bolt is that it has a stun, which is impossible to get rid of. That small stun could cause an issue for some abilities.
