in the object editor theres a field called Data - Options in channel, check mark, Visible and Targeting image (if you want the AOE thing like blizzard)

EDIT: hmm its acting like fan of knives or something, like when i click it it goes off without an area of effect point

change data type from instant to point target

1. spell with no target (ex. a unit clicks the spell the spell goes off instantly)
2. Spell with a unit target (ex. you select spell then target a unit)
3. spell with an aoe targeted area (ex flamestrike but i think flamestrike would be a bad dummy spell for some reason)
4. spell with a targeted area (like dota's POTM arrow when you have to select its like your targeting a unit but you can click anywhere, somehwat like attack ground)

1. Warstomp for unit animation, Berserk for no animation
2. 0.01 second unholy frenzy.
3. Silence with no target "none"
4. Serpent ward?

I use Channel most of the time. Unless my spell needs a missile animation, that is.
