Bonus mod system

Anyone know a bonus mod system that can do these things:
- add up to around ~2000 points of life / mana / whatever
- can specify custom bonuses, such as +life regeneration, +movement speed, etc.
- can specify negative values, ie. add -2000 points of life
- preferably not in vJASS or not a system that uses gamecache

The only two I could find were Bonuser (this is awful), and BonusMod (can't handle negative values, not sure what else it can't handle).

Any ideas? (or should I just make my own)

Did you try Bonus by Cohadar?

It does a lot of things though I don't know if it'll do what you want.
Worth looking at though.

EDIT: This system does not support negative values. :'(

bonusmod by weaddar can handle negative values and you can specify the ammount of abilities to use
