Broken Item Ability

Hero's mana decrease over time while he is not attacking,
stops decreasing while attacking, and for next 3 seconds after attacking stays constant.

i used Item Mana Regeneration,
set mana reg to -1,
added it to spell book and disabled it in map int. trigger

  • Events
    • Unit - A unit Is attacked
  • Conditions
    • ((Attacked unit) belongs to an enemy of (Owner of (Attacking unit))) Equal to True
    • Or - Any (Conditions) are true
      • Conditions
        • (Unit-type of (Attacking unit)) Equal to Mountain King
  • Actions
    • Unit - Remove Spell Book (mana) from (Triggering unit)
    • Wait 3.00 seconds
    • Unit - Add Spell Book (mana) to (Triggering unit)

I found just one problem, Item Mana Regeneration doesn't decrease mana, i tried to do it without spell book, still no luck.

if anyone know a similar spell, or you familiar with this problem, please help me fix it

wouldnt this trigger stuff up if you atked the guy with mountain king under 3 seconds frequently?

What's the point of the or?

The way it works now is:

Attacked unit belongs to enemy

AND

(Any one of these conditions are true:
Unit-type of (Attacking unit) Equal to Mountain King)

...There's only one condition in the OR....so it doesnt really do anything? :S

Also, this trigger will indeed "bug up", because the spellbook will be added after three seconds even if he keeps attacking something. You are also using Triggering unit = Attacked unit. You want Attacking unit.

You should use a timer, along with a brilliance aura with negative values and a close AOE. You also need to make it MUI.

@moridin: you dont need to have small AoE for brillance aura, just change the targets allowed to "self" only.
