How do I set the position of the camera?

I usually use Apply Camera Object, if I have a preset camera with fixed settings. Otherwise, you can use Apply Camera Object Property to fiddle with the individual settings. If you meant set the position of camera on a point, you can use Pan Camera.

Ghan has said he has fixed this. Monovertex please confirm this fix. This was only a problem with people that had signatures in the upper levels like not the special members but the respected members.
