Can't find this action (to be used in If/Then/Else)

Where the hell do I find this, any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Are we talking about lists in dialogs? In that case:

Comparison
    Value 1: Selected List Item
        List: Used Dialog Item
        Player: 1
    Operator: ==
    Value 2: 1

(Selected list item of (Used dialog item) for 1) == 1

"Selected List Item"
