Chanse to proc

How do I make an ability that has "a chanse to proc"?, like 10% chanse to stun? (Just an example, don't tell me the bash ability). People has told me like: Random intreger 1-2 blah blah, well, how do i make a random intreger? Please tell me ^^

Create an If Then Else action. Make a condition go to interget - math - random number.

If
Random Interger 1 to 10 less equal to 1 <-- in case you want bigger number, use less or equal to.
Then
Your Actions
