Combat System

Is there a system released that would allow someone without much knowledge in JASS to make a combat system? Like the effects system or something? Or do I need to find someone to help me make one?

What kind of combat system are you thinking of?

I was just coming to add that in....

I'm making three maps that are going to use pretty similar effects, which are things like grenades, shotguns, assault rifles, pistols, sniper rifles, rockets, ect.
