how do i import the CommandStrings.txt into the map? do I import it using WE itself? or must it be done with an MPQ editor?

What does the instructions that came with it say to do with it? I think you need a MPQ browser to do stuff like this.

I believe the Command Strings.txt, is from the MPQ.

Erm... I don't think you can edit the command strings.txt. There isn't a way to import it into your map. Try importing it into your UI folder. If you don't have one, create one. Or get WEU and study what he did or whatever. Besides, why would you need the commandstrings?
