Extremely weird, I would consider adding some effects to the giant wheel of yellow light & lightning.

I don't like it at all..
It looks.. terrible. The lightning, and the strange yellow ball look rubbish. And the sparks seem to be targeting a side of a chimney?

Lol, I was playing wc3... I was playing a Day of the Dragon campaign by OutsiderXE, it was awesome.

Anyway, it isn't really that bad in my opinion. You should sharpen more areas though. The smoke effect was achieved kind of well, but maybe make the lightning shapes more coordinated a bit.

The bottom looks like a little industrial sort of thing. It would be cool if you shaped out the rest of the city or something.

Might work as "modern art".. (I'm no expert, I dunno.)
But the way I see it.. This sucks.

My first thought when I saw this... "What the F---..."
Let's just scrap this, move on and pretend this never happened, shall we?

I think what most people are trying to say, is that you shouldn't mix a dark, scary city scene with a huge spinning lightning ball.
