COnstant wave attack ? help plz

How do i do like because the map doesnt have much room i want to make a dungeon which is just like a square so when you enter you type -start it locks people entering but then waves come say every 40 seconds and then if u all die it detects 0 heroes in the square so all waves stop until someone type -start again? please help i got no idea how to make it like that
