To host a contest you need an approval from a WEZ moderator.
To get an approval you need to show you are qualified enough to host a contest.
e.g if you plan to host a spell contest you need to prove you can judge the work turned in, the coding behind it, aesthetics etc.

Ghan has said he has fixed this. Monovertex please confirm this fix. This was only a problem with people that had signatures in the upper levels like not the special members but the respected members.
