Deflection spell doesent go past 10.00?

Hi im just wondering how you get the deflection spell in the editor to go past 10.00 i have tryed holding down shit and typing it but it does not work, someone said it would its stupid that blizzard made it annoying please help me!!

No dude he was right i just looked, he wasent reflecting attacks at all blizzard screwed this spell up and theres a way to fix it i dont know how though =(

but some spells 100% is 100 like critical strike and others like evasion is 1.00 for 100%

Yea i know but appearantly blizzard wanted to be diffrent with this one becuase everytime you reflect it makes a little shield thing infront of you and it did that once out of 200 hits with 1.00:banghead:
