DotA Item Heart of Tarrasque Regen 1%

Tittle. It seems to be I can't find any similar abilities in the abilities editor there. How to make that?

I think it's just triggered if I'm not mistaken?
Every 1.00 seconds of game-time, all units with the heart are grouped.
These group units gain 1% of their HP:
Life = Life + (Max HP / 100)

I don't know what the item does, but there's an ability called "Life Regeneration Aura (Neutral Passive)" that heals a percentage of hit points.

I figure;
If you're going to add an item ability (Via spellbook, which requires a trigger) ,
Why not just trigger the whole thing.
Then you don't need a custom item ability.

And doesn't that just give X per second anyways?
Not X% of max life.

There is a value which can change it, atleast unholy aura uses % in melee maps

Very easy to do, no triggers required at all!

Just make the ability "Life regeneration aura" to affect only "Self" under Targets Allowed. Ensure that Item Ability is True. Set the ability to regen 0.01% (type in 0.01 under Amount Regenerated, and set Data is Percentage to True). Add this ability to your item - done!
