How do you change an ability's tooltip? I've tried to figure it out for about 2 hours or so and I just can't seem to figure it out =p

Ghan has said he has fixed this. Monovertex please confirm this fix. This was only a problem with people that had signatures in the upper levels like not the special members but the respected members.
