ex.

Player 1 builds town hall.
Now town hall is removed from "Buildings" which he can build with hes pesant.

This isn't possible. You could make a Spellbook named "Constructions" (or other) who have every ability what i can create constructions with every of this (Town hall, blacksmith, etc..) And in the triggers you put "Remove / Ability and the ability structure constructed".

Alternatively, you can add to the tooltip, that ONLY ONE STRUCTURE OF THIS TYPE IS ALLOWED AT ONCE, and detect when a unit begins construction or something related, check if that building already exists, and do something to terminate.

Alright that was a smart idea ill try it for now.
