Fade filter hides tooltips

When i use fade filter i can't see the ability tooltips on my hero, is there any way to solve this?

Yes, temporary Terrain fog is a good replacement for fade filters & wont remove tooltip.

& a wait & another set fog to reset

But i need it as a death effect and my map is huge so a fog effect won't do...

events-a specific unit dies

& there will be no lag adding fog in a large map

but if the cinematic is only for 1 or part of the players, where fog will be shown for others & be a distraction, you'd have to use the fade filter
