Dang it, Mom's in USA, and she's really hoping for me to get into college there.Pick a country with better education standards. If I wasn't intending on going to medical school I wouldn't be getting it here.

It's not hard to get into college here, but you won't get much of an education. When I was going to go to Russia for math before I decided to change my degree, I was expected to take an extra year after my bachelor's degree of nothing but upper level math to be able to keep up with people that had been in school two years less than me.Dang it, Mom's in USA, and she's really hoping for me to get into college there.
It's not hard to get into college here, but you won't get much of an education. I don't like either, so...But Europe and the USA all share the same College system. At least here in Germany we don't have diploma anymore. We have Bachelor and Master. We do different shit in different paces, but in the end it's worth the same. At least in theory. If you want to be employed, go to sweden and study there. Everybody loves Sweden for every fucking thing they ever did and do, but no one talks about it. Same with Norway.
