Help, Can't Compress my Map!

So i have Vexorians Map Optimizer but whenever i try to compress it, something in my map will always be removed. Is there an option that will compress my map but not remove anything?

While i'm here i'll ask another question: Can i transfer a regular WE map into a World Editor Unlimited or Newgen without damaging it?

1: What do you mean remove? You compress it, you try to play it, and a part of the map is gone?
Or you want to reopen it and something is missing? Because the latter is how it should be done.

1. When it compresses your map, it removes many things. However it is generally still playable.

2. Don't use world editor unlimited.
Use newgen, if you need gui enhancements, get EGUI.
