Help with the loading screen

I want to make a loading screen but the editor help doesnt say how to do it in my case.
I have found a .jpg image and i want to make it my loading screen.How the hell do i do it???I ve tried all programs even the one mentioned in editor tutorial.What should i do?

Tools Needed: Google all of them
Warcraft 3 Image Extractor 2
PHoto shop or gimp.
Get your image and save it as .tga, go to warcraft 3 imageextractor 2, make it .blp, now, google on the net for a file called Loadingscreen.mdx, import Screen and Model then make screen FullScreen.blp.

Its simple.

It's simple, but there are a bunch of technicalities

i suggest readding this tutorial for all your Loading Screen needs. It should cover any and all questions you have.

No halo_king this tutorial is the one that doesnt explain anything.
I ll try dl photoshop to see if i can do it the other way.

See there is a problem whenever i try to load the .tga image into the imageextractor it says the message:
The file ............... has an unsupported compression.
I do it 512x512 but it says the same...
Help...
