I just need a fast answer on how long a game-time second is.
Hm okey if it depends on game's speed settings, when is 1 second 1 second then?
lol got out a timer and did a few tests. normal is 1 second, slowest is almost half a second slower, but fastest went the same speed as normal. so both fast and normal are 1 second.
Can you elaborate on this function and how it differs from normal waits?Also, game-time seconds stop counting when a player lags.
"Gameplay Constant > Time - Real seconds per game day"
1440 = 24 min = 1:1 (@ fastest)
If you're talking about the difference in the GUI actions:
Trigger:
- Wait - Wait 1.00 second
- Wait - Wait 1.00 game-time second
Then the only time that this will differ, is if a player lags and it brings up the "Waiting for Players" dialog box. If you wait 1 game-time second, it will not count the time the player is lagging. If you only "Wait 1.00 second", it will count this time as waited time.
It really depends on what you want.
If you for example want to pause the game and unpause it for a limited time.Okey give an example when one is good and the other isn't.
