I Want To Create -WTF Command Like DotA that Gets No mana Cost And No Coldown Pls HElp ME

I don't know DOTA, but it sounds like something you could accomplish by using Engineering Upgrade to replace all the hero's abilities with versions without cooldown or mana cost. The ability might be hidden in a spell book.

Easy. Btw its not no mana cost, its just perma mana regen.

  • Events
    • Player - Player 1 (Red) types a chat message containing -wtf as An exact match
  • Conditions
  • Actions
    • Trigger - Turn on Unlimited Mana <gen>

• Unlimited Mana
  • Events
    • Unit - A unit Starts the effect of an ability
  • Conditions
  • Actions
    • Unit - Set mana of (Triggering unit) to 100.00%
    • Unit - Reset ability cooldowns for (Triggering unit)

You probably have like only 15 seconds to make a mode. Just implement the stuff yourself
