How to edit the amout of time a unit is summond for

I was wondering in WE how do i edit the amount of time a unit is summoned for?

I don't quite get it,
But if you're asking about how many units are summoned by a spell, then edit it from the spell.

Whoops, I misunderstood. Change the Duration.

It's on the ability, not the unit.

What is your base ability? Like feral spirit or something? or is it a trigger based summon?

well yea it's a feral spirit.

Cept it's spawn for like 3 min and i don't know how to change it

Try what Ace heart suggested if it doesn't work its probably a bug.

It's under neutral hostile melee unit.

the ability for the unit should be under the custom ability category. Go there and change it.

It's either the spell or the unit...
So you could look for stuff like "duration" in either the spell or the unit.

Awesome guys i found it under skills but is their a difference between
Stats- Duration- Normal and
Stats- Duration- Hero

if their is a difference plz explain.

'Duration normal' is used for units. 'Duration Hero' is used for heroes. For example if you see Storm bolt ability what is Human hero ability it stuns units longer than heroes. If ability is used by or ability target is hero 'Duration hero' is used and when unit 'Duration normal' is used.

So if i change the Duration does it decrease/ Increase the amount of time a UNIT stays alive? (I'm talking bout feral spirit)

itll change it to whatever value you set. if you set it higher than the default, unit lives longer. if u set it lower, unit has shorter lifetime.
