i cant host on battle.net

Do you have your own router?

Log into your router and open the required ports. http://portforward.com/

He already said that didn't work.

It might be connectivity issue, if you, like me, live in somewhere far away from any of the major Gateways (i live in RSA), then you should rather try hosting from a local server.

If you can't host, it's either:
1. a port forwarding problem
2. a firewall problem

I've you've "done" both of them and it's still not working, you've done it incorrectly. There are a few threads here that will help you get it done correctly.
