i want to edit an exting map and have prob with that

hello im new with this
i want to edit footmen frenzy 4.2 ar

i try to open the map and i get a critical error all the time
what could be to prob?

is it protected?i dont think so becuse there is a lot of versions to thie map

this is the prob i get:

i dont understand what is the problem is it some kind of defence of the map?

As TheDamien said, it is protected.
This is done to stop noobs from opening the map and editing it, then releasing crappy versions.

Deprotecting is not supported here.
