1. Is there a way to make only certain units shared?

2. Is there a way to prevent units from auto-attacking a unit?

3. Is there a way to remove green/rogange/red dots from neutral hostile on map?

nope lol. Otherwise there would be no way to attack the unit. I just want enenmy units not to auto-attack a certain unit.

Yes you can, just share control

I CAN do it, but for what I want to do, it won't work because it won't be MUI. Because if I change the ownership to neutral passive, then I still need to give that player control of the unit, and because there are 8 players in my map, if everyone has unit control with neutral passive, then everyone will be able to control everyone else's units...

What if you just make it so that when a specific type of unit is selected by a player you change ownership and retain color?

It may not be the most graceful way to do it, but it would work.

Can you explain a bit more how this would work?:p

3. check game play constants for that...
2. give the unit a worker classification...
1. triggering the sharing part,
action
give vision of picked unit to triggering player...
blah blah blah....

1. create a dummy (owned by a neutral player who has shared control to all) unit that pairs with the unit you want to be shareable, and then whenever a person clicks on the unit, if they should be able to control the unit, then select the dummy for them instead of the unit, and then relay all the dummy's orders to the unit via triggers, and then order the dummy to stop to cancel the dummy from doing anything.

ONLY UNIT SHared

Romek would beat you all.

UAC Unit Aura Control. With some editing, it can easily become unit sharing.

      • Player - Make (Owner of YourSpecUnit) treat (Triggering player) as an Ally with shared vision and shared units

Trigger 2:
Trigger:
  • Unshare Unit
    • Events
      • Player - Player 1 (Red) Deselects a unit

3. Not in gameplay constant.
2. Can't do that.
1. No. Not shared vision, shared control.

Wouldn't work because you have armies. If Player 1 red selects the Assassin, then both armies will stop fighting each other until it is deselected.

2. Set the unit's Combat - Acquisition Range to 0, then it will no longer Auto-Acquire targets to attack.

Object editor Stats - Hide Minimap Display.

If you mean for everthing then I would try messing with the Game Interface.
