well im 13 years old, and i have nothing that can stop me from playing a porn game, adn it does state that this is a TEEN game. i think there should be a person that warns other people when they make the game. and if they dont stop then they should ban them. but thats just my suggestion

Yes but it also states the it cannot intrude on someone elses freedom, and that freedom of being able to play a game without that

Unless your mom is one of those overzealous types, you could just say that its like the internet : Porn exists, and is sometimes conspicious (spam, ads, redirects, viruses, its a scary world out there) but you don't go there. Tell her the internet has porn. Tell her that at any moment somebody could drop a porn magazine on your doorstep (farfetched, but hey, anything's possible...) while she isn't looking. Can she stop everything? No. (Disclaimer: I don't mean to
patronize, but you are still a minor...I think) If she wants to protect you, she should teach you how to protect yourself, and the values that are worth protecting. She should try to raise you to be mature, responsible, and an "adult."
Then again, it's none of my business, yet I think it is a valid point that trying to protect you from everything just weakens you in the long run.

Its wrong, We all agree on that, But Its not in the terms of agreement, Map Making is not Directly covered by Blizzard, They say it when you Open the World Editor, Blizzard is not responsible.. Therefore blizzard does have the choice to take action, or turn a blind eye... If any legal actions where taken they'd be between the map maker, and the map "visitors"

i know in md it is illegal to veiw pornographical matirial of women over 18 if you are under 18, and if the girls are under 18 and you are over 18 it is also illegal (just like sex laws). Blizzard probably dosent like it, but technicaly, the only person breaking the law is if you are under-over 18 dpending on the age of people in pics

so if you are under 18 then you are aloud to watch porn of girls under 18? therefor justifying kiddie porn in some sense? im not a kiddie porn activist. its sick. that just seems like it would make it legal for a minor to own kiddie porn.
