Item Buff

I have a unit ability based off of the Claws of Attack item ability. When I add my custom buff to the Buff field, it doesn't happen in game. Can you not have buffs come off of item abilities, or is this one just hardcoded?

Alternatively you can make a custom ability based off Command Aura, just set the affected units to self and the buff thing should work like a charm.

The Command Aura might be able to give bonus values instead of just bonus percentages. If not, then I don't know.

It should be able to give bonus values. There's generally an option whether you want it a percentage or an absolute value.
