Jedi Wars! (A fun fast game for relax ^^)

Well this is my first erm.. finished map (if we dont count those hundreds of ideas lying in half empty maps).

Heres some info about the map:

Name: Jedi Wars 1.0
Players: up to 12
Type: Arena
Description: Join either Darkside or Lightside and battle through your opponents. Teamwork, aswell as items are important (usually, if you got some kind of very good lightsaber, 2-3 fellas with the wors one could take ye out.) Everyoen has same chaance to win, and it goes only for your skill (or luck(Or teammates)).

Terrain might look very dull, but that's kinda whole point- a deserted place of some sort.

Sorry if we weren't allowed to come with ideas, but this one would be quite nice, if you ask me.


How about 100% block for some mana every time a Jedi/Sith is hit? And when the mana runs out, they can be hit?

Ideas are VERY welcomed, and actually, this one is a great. Althru, then I would have to either take out evasion and make 20 levels of mana shield (starting from 5 points of mana till 1 point for 1 damage perhaps) or either make it as additional skill (just dont know where would i place it.)

I might be cool if you changed the Attack Type icon like the attack type "Hero" to "Lightsaber" and for units the use blasters change it from "Peirce" to "Blaster" or "Laser". Stuff like that. It nice to see somthing diffrent than just "Normal" or "Chaos". You could change armor types too. Jedi should have evasion. They operate that way.

All droids should have mana shield energy shields as a default, upgrade, or whatever.

Rinpun- I thought so too. So they do have evasion. About droids- theyve got mana shield too. Just dont know how to use it ^^.
Darth Yoda- A good idea. Ill make it, i guess i was just too lazy heh.

Allright, the map is updated so go have some fun. i used darth yodas idea (thanks), althrought the lightsaber icon wasnt working- a black space instead of icon ( not even green)

Yes i have protected it . Thats to make the large file smaller and load faster.

All right. Testing it in-game then.

Feelings about the map:
Change the sound set of the heroes. Having a Yoda that says "I serve all believers" isn't fun.
Add duels. It's always fun to see who is the best. If there's no room for an arena, simply pause all units, remove everything from the center platform, and let two heroes fight on that.
Some sort of hero picking could be nice. Another dialog box for that, whilst the host decides the game mode?
Besides from that... Well, i'll come up with some more stuff later on.

Allright, updated the map with duel option. About hero picking... not sure.. Idea was to make Same heroes and rely on your teammates/skills. And i changed the voice of Light jedi. Hopefully it'll be fine now.

And, i noticed, the name "Rual Bal" comes up often.

Rual Bal may come often as it is first name in the list.

Also, I would really like to see if the dueling system I made in 15 minutes works (As I dont have any way to test it myself)
