Loading rar files?

How do you load rar files for models? I found some models I'd like to check out but I have no idea how to import them. I know how to import normal model files like MDX and Blp but rar has me stumped.

Get WinRAR and extract them.

Do I need the 64 bit or 32 bit?

Depends on what your OS is (AFAIK) .
If your OS is 32 bit, download 32.
If it's 64, download 64.
