If i am not mistaken...i have heard of some sort of local banning system made by...er... Blizzard?
Though i really saw someone using it on battle net which is like u can ban that user in ur personal computer (banning the ip add of the bad user)
Then when the bad user joins your game...u will auto mentioned that the entered player is a blacklisted player...
It seems cant find it anywhere....does anyone can find it?
