Wait... WTF?!?

I didn't even know cheese had to ripen. But now it's 'interesting' and people actually watch it? It reminds me of how my grandparents used to say stuff like "Back in my day, we didn't have TV's. We pulled weeds for fun," I guess it's back in the dark ages.
Watching cheese ripen has become a new form of entertainment.
