MiniMap.......

I am trying to change the mini map to a black screen or just turn it off completely. I have looked around and I can't find out how to do it. Is it triggers? Scenario Options? Or Something Else? Well If anyone can answer my question let me know.

Damn theres one problem. I did succeed in replacing the minimap with a black screen, but pinging does not work at all. What do i do to fix this?
