That is a fully customized model unfortunately... That means a much larger amount of memory required. If you want skins I can do that though :banghead:

Yeah, thats cool, But the size doesnt matter (TO ME), my comp has plent of space... but skins are good, i didnt expect full models... plus, skins are easier to import/use no?

If The Size Becomes to big, ill give it to people via email.

Arena

Well, i Made a poll to determine if i should add An arena?

The arena is completely overused but if you wish. And when people are referring to maps the size of it determins the download time (you know when they download from inside warcraft 3?) and the amount of load time. And there is a 4 MB limit or something like that on each map so size DOES matter in this case. Remember, there is still a scarily large % of users that use 56ks...

Well, Thats True, Would it be remedied if i released an arena version and one without an arena?
Im not saying that i don't care how long it takes to load, but i beleive that waiting is worth the reward.

sure, but a lot of work.. I mean if we find a bug in one of your heroes you will hve to go through and edit the hero in both of the versions. Perhaps you should just launch an arena version, then base whether to keep it or not depending on the ingame download time and the actual load time.

EDIT!: Im feeling lazy, plus, people dont wan there to be an arena, so the arena idea is scrapped.

Well, i need trigger help to continue making the map.
its to make the size modifyer easier.
I need to know how to make trigger like...

Event-player chats a message

condition- message is a # between 1-500

action- pick every unit in (units selected by player 1) and increase size by (entered chat string)

Well

I tried to download Black and white 2, and it fried my graphics card, so i have to stop making my map, my comp cannot comprhend the images, there just blue squares, everything, blue squares.... the only game that works is age of empires 2:the conquerers. Sorry every one, but my map is of now discontinued... i will still be on thehelper.net to help other people though, so dont forget about me! And if anyone can help fix my graphics problem, i would be really grateful!

Just by looking at your thread, you've double posted at least 10 times. Use the edit function and please think of what you're going to say, it will help you in the future.

You can use Filefront to upload the map here if you want, you don't have to attach it to your post to do so. Can you please post screenshots?

first of all isnt this just a diff version of SotDrp with like 50trillion cmds the pros know and wont FU()KING TELL YOU pisses me off man
And plus if your maps to big ill tell you how to fix it make a copy of it and put it into a diff map folder like so
C:/ProgramFiles/Warcraft3/Maps/Download
or
C:/ProgramFiles/Warcraft3/Maps/anythingyouwant
now open the map from the file its in then rename it to protected at the end
then get a map protector[Im found of HeavyLock] and use that in all of 10 secs[for me] itll reduce size and it does alot plus cant be opend in we cant have jass hacked u can reduce minimap quality forom 90%[default] to like 35% and it looks the same this depending on the map can save 1-1.5mbs so thats pretty good thats minimap alone so u might be able to take a 6mb map into 4 or less so gl with that i hope i helped
