My editor has none of the cool options that other people on youtube have! :)

Hey there, I need help... My data editor doesn't have any of the cool options such as kill experience. The only thing in combat in the data editor is Weapons. Perhaps i am running an old version or something but it is as up to date as it can be... Please help?

There is a couple of different view options. Try setting it so your buttons look like this:

Show Advanced Values (Ctrl+Shift+H) is the one that you need to make sure is on. The others shouldn't really make much difference.
