Need Help|Balancing

I need your help about balancing the spells of the heroes and the hp of creeps... (i hope u get what i mean )

I am working on a RPG map, where you can obtain quests (mainly to kill certain creeps ) ... But there's a big problem for me, as i dont know how to balance the Spells,Lvl,+Agi per lvl,+Int per lvl and +Str per lvl of my custom heroes,so that it'd be not easy to defeat creeps but nor impossible, basically i want that maximum lvl of the heroes to be lvl 30, and the maximum lvl of creeps to be lvl 35, now what i need you to help me with,is if you could take the time to tell me how much +Agi per lvl +Int per lvl and +Str per lvl should i add to the heroes and in same time to tell me how much should i set up the damage of creeps and their spells (for each creep lvl independantly ) , please take in consideration that bonus items will be gained by finishing quests,such as +10 attack (i.e) ect ect ...

there will be 5 heroes, 2 Heroes with main attribute Intellect,2 Heroes with main attribute Agility,and 1 with main attribute Strength ...

Use your feeling dude !! And there is no problem if a hero is more strong than other heroes.. Cuz everybody like imba heroes !! ;p

All I can say is that balance comes with time. Go with something for now. It doesn't matter if it is imbalances because you can always change it later after testing.

true tou will have to start with what you have then tweak it to your liking, until it is challenging enough for people to play it, but hard enough to keep some interest
