Need help in creating spell!

Ok, I am trying to make a new spell, but I have run into couple of problems:
How to make hero immune to melee (like flying units)?
AND
How to replace hero with other hero?
I know, there is Unit - Replace, but it resets all learned skills for hero... Only thing why I need to replace one hero with another, I need to change hero Attack, Combat - Attack 1 - Range, Movement - Height and Movement - Type for spell to work... How to do that?

Flying units arent inmune to melee, they are not possible target for units with less than 160 range (or so), this can be changed at the object editor

Try creating a Morph (illidan) ability and edit it

Its called Flying Height, search for the action using Search For Text tool

The only thing you can do here is turning the unit's collision off... Unit - Turn collision for Unit OFF

I had forgotten Combat - Targeted As... it works, thanks!
Now, I need to understand, how to replace one hero with another, leaving spells learned...

Huh, I said, I know how to do all of that, I just, mentioned reasons, why I need to change one hero to other...
I will check that Morph...

EDIT: Yes, Morph is... something I needed, but I need "turn on/off" spell, but Methamorphosis is timed spell

False. You can decide what the unit should be targeted as in "Combat - Targeted As" in the object editor. In the combat 1 and 2 you can for both attacks decide what the unit is to be able to attack, if you enemy matches any of these then you can attack it. Range has nothing to do with it at all.

Btw, Morph "unlearn's" my spells too, like "Unit - Replace"... :(

False. You can decide what the unit should be targeted as in "Combat - Targeted As" in the object editor. In the combat 1 and 2 you can for both attacks decide what the unit is to be able to attack, if you enemy matches any of these then you can attack it. Range has nothing to do with it at all.

try bear form. about skills its something complicated. basicly metamorphosis shouldnt change your skills but it do like it happens in normal campings. i could try to help but i dont want to switch you to the worst way of doing that :) maybe some1 know how this exactly works

    It is OK though for the main page to open up on the forum in the view it was before. As long as the portal has its own URL so it can be viewed that way I do want to try it as a regular forum view for a while
