Need some specific colors code

anybody know the hex code (i think that's the way its called) for colors seen in items in World of Warcraft (e.x. green and yellow). In order to get an idea of what i am says check for example this item here ( http://www.wowhead.com/?item=34625 ) and see the "Equip: Increases spell power by 26."(that's the green color i need) and the ""Azerothian diamonds are eternal.""(that's the yellow color i need too).

tbh, i had the link to that site somewhere, but i couldnt match the colours from the site to the game. That means that e.x. i was trying to set a text green, and i could see it in game in grey

I used Google Chrome and saw the actual colors they used.
